About the 360Learning MCP server

The 360Learning MCP server lets you connect your 360Learning platform to an AI assistant or agent.

Once connected, you can ask your AI assistant about your 360Learning content and data, without switching context.

What you can do with the 360Learning MCP

Your AI assistant can access information from 360Learning using the capabilities provided by the MCP server. These capabilities are called tools.

You can currently use the MCP to:

• Find or recommend courses and paths on a topic.
• Retrieve in-content text to answer a question when you don't know which content type (course/path/activity) holds the answer.

Supported MCP clients

• Supported:
  • Claude (web/desktop and Code)
  • ChatGPT
• In progress: Gemini and Dust
• Not yet available: Any other AI assistant. 360Learning must first whitelist its callback URL. Contact your Customer Success Partner (CSP) or Solutions Engineer (SE) with the assistant's exact callback URL to request this.
